1. Can I pick up my product from your store?

Unfortunately, we’re an online retailer so all orders cannot be collected. All orders are packed, sealed and delivered to your chosen address.

2. How do I track my order? And can you guarantee I will receive my product next working day?

All orders made before 15:30 Mon – Thurs will be delivered next working day. We are teamed up with the best of couriers, to grant this promise. For every order, we provide tracking, so you can securely check the progress of your order before arrival.

3. I have a product in warranty that has developed a fault. What can I do?

Because we’re an online retailer everything will have to be addressed directly to the manufacturers. The product warranty is 12 months so at any point you do develop a fault, give us a call at 03334450692 or contact us by email info@callsteer.com and we will gladly assist you.

4. What if I no longer want the product, can I have a refund?

5. Do you price match with other retailers?

We don't price match as we keep our prices affordable and at their best for all online shoppers. However, if you decide to buy in bulk you are more than welcome to give us a call to arrange potential discounts.
