Want to see where your delivery driver actually is... well we let you. You'll have access to a tracking portal that provides you up to date information of exactly where your delivery driver is on your delivery date. Just follow the tracking link we send you.

Delivery Management
Allows you the self service ability to modify your delivery by asking for it to be left with a neighbour, a pick up shop near you or just simply changing the delivery date.

Email and SMS Notifications
You'll be emailed and SMS'ed (if we have your number on record) with updates of when your parcel has been collected and if there's any delays or changes to your one hour time slot.
