We hope that you will be happy with any purchase you make from Spesa. However we understand that at times you may wish to return an item. We have a very simple policy at Spesa that will support you in getting a resolution very quickly, it depends on how long since your purchase.
Up to Day 30
Should you have any issues with your product within 30 days then please contact us. Our team will discuss the issues that you're having and if able to resolve over the phone with you do so. Alternatively they will ask that you send the product back us to be exchanged or refunded. If you simply made a mistake, we'll happily refund you. All we ask is that you return the item in an unused state and in all it's original packaging.
We'll let you know when we've received your item and we'll also let you know when a refund or exchange has been process - you're kept up to date every step of the way and if there's anything else we can do to help... just let us know.
It is really important that you do not send us any goods back until you receive a Returns number and instructions from us.
Over 30 Days
Our products carry full manufacturer's warranties, which is why if you have any issues past 30 days we'll refer you to them who will support you. They live an breath their products so they'll be best placed to advise on the issue you're having. They'll take you through diagnostics over the phone and should the item need to be returned to them advise you of the next steps.
